Welcome to my world of sound and design! I'm Shantal, a designer whose journey weaves through diverse continents and beautifully melds the realms of design and sound.

Originally from vibrant Venezuela, I ventured to the United States in 2013, driven by a singular dream: to become a designer. Graduating with honors from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) with a double major in interior and furniture design laid the foundation for my creative path.

During my time in the bustling heart of New York City, I honed my skills and developed a design philosophy rooted in the belief that design transcends aesthetics, shaping human behavior and environments. My fascination has consistently inspired this philosophy with human behavior and the profound impact design can have.

But how does this passion for design relate to sound? My journey has revealed the seamless connection between design principles and sound design; both focused on understanding the audience and enhancing experiences.

I pursued a Bachelor of Science in Audio Production at Miami International University of Art and Design. This educational journey delved deep into the intricacies of sound, highlighting its profound impact on emotions and experiences.

Now, with a solid academic foundation and hands-on audio production experience, I'm driven to create soundscapes that captivate the senses and resonate deeply with others. My goal is to blend my diverse skill set and design-centered approach to elevate audio engineering, creating sonic environments that inspire and connect with audiences on a profound level.
